Salon Policies

Appointment and Cancellation Policy.

Your appointments are very important to our team at Fusion Hair Salon and are reserved especially for you! The time scheduled for your reservation ensures that we provide every guest with an outstanding salon experience. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please reach out to us.

Late Arrivals:

Life (and traffic) happens, but please let us know if you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate you. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule or modify your appointment. Cancellation policy may be applied. (See policy below)

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for reservation changes. This courtesy allows your stylist the opportunity to fill appointment times with other guests on our waiting list.  To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book an appointment.

Less than 24 hour notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% your scheduled service(s).

If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).  If a guest no shows an appointment 2 or more times,  pre-payment will be required for future reservations.

Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking.

Child Policy.

To ensure we can give all guests the attention they deserve, we ask our guests to leave children ages 8 and younger home unless their child is scheduled for a service in our salon. If you should need to bring your child with you, we do ask that they are capable of sitting quietly in the reception area for the entirety of your salon appointment. This will ensure that our other guests can relax and feel pampered during the time they have set aside for themselves!

Policy on Returns/Refunds.

Hair Care Products
If you’re displeased with a product you have purchased from us, we’re happy to exchange lightly used products within 30 days of purchase. We’ll help you find something you love. No refunds will be given.

Hair Care Tools
All tools, excluding brushes, can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Note: Manufacturer warranties should be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Makeup & Skin Care We supply a variety of samples of our makeup and skincare products. Let us know what products you’re pondering, and we can create a sample. Makeup and skincare sales are final.

Services All of our licensed service providers sincerely enjoy what they do and each service provider has their own unique talents & strengths that complement the Fusion Team.  If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 10 days of your original appointment and give us the opportunity to work through it with you. No refunds will be given.
