I originate from Dacusville, SC, and I come from a close-knit, large family. Growing up I was surrounded by older brothers, which naturally made me a bit of a tomboy. Despite that, my passion for makeup and hair emerged at an early age, likely stemming from being the only girl among my siblings. My childhood dream of becoming a zoologist took a backseat after high school. However, my love for creativity pushed me to explore a different path, leading me to cosmetology school. It was there that I realized I had made the perfect choice. The real magic of this industry came alive for me when I saw the joy on people's faces as they looked at themselves in the mirror after a makeover.
